「楽天市場」等のネットショッピングポータルサイトに出店する際の問題点（サイトのこういうところが不便、こんな法規制に注意！などなど）が『利用者の声』的に出ているページはないでしょうか・・・？

海外のサイトでダウンロード版のPCゲームを購入しようとしているのですが、購入する際のクレジットカードの情報入力画面で下記のように表示されました。

7月5日にネットショッピングでイギリスの商品を買いました。
イギリスから普通郵便にて送ってもらう条件にしました。
『Order Status』には『Order Paid Awaiting Despatch』となっています。
発送済という事でしょうか①発送状況の問い合わせをメールでする場合 どう書けばよろしいでしょうか。
②イギリスから普通郵便で日本へ配達してもらうと 通常何日くらいで届くのでしょうか。
到着するのか心配でなりません。

そのうち届きます。
